Leaders of Employee Driven Sustainability Change
Change can be driven from top management or through grassroots leadership at any employee level. NBIS provides a venue for grassroots change leaders to share best practices about how to drive initiatives and product development at corporations to maximize their triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit.
This invitation-only venue has covered subjects such as:
- Organization Change Tactics on driving change
- How to build business models for Finance stakeholders
- MarCom Tactics
- Enterprise Sustainability Initiative Case Studies
With leader participation from companies such as:
- Alaska Airlines
- Integral Consulting
- and others
Our most recent event: Case Studies presented by Nintendo and Alaska Airlines
This forum covered ready-to-use tactics on how to influence executive management when driving sustainability initiatives.
Application for Attendance:
This invitation-only program is meant for corporate or government employees who are not VP or C-level executives and do not have sustainability as part of their job description. Many of our grassroots leaders have official roles in procurement, finance, or marketing but have lead sustainability change initiatives or “green teams” at their companies.
The best way to express interest is to speak with one of the NBIS Board Members or Executive Directors at an Eco-Hour. Additionally, one can fill out the application below, which also signs you up for the NBIS newsletter, and expect a response from NBIS within a business week:
